Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, office-based Media Operations & Digital Rights Specialist to join our expanding international team. As a certified Google and YouTube Partner, we offer a structured, paid training program designed for individuals who want to build a career in digital rights management, music distribution, content publishing, and monetization.

Following successful completion of training and certification, candidates transition into full operational responsibilities within our Media Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish content across major digital platforms
  • Handle uploads, scheduling, metadata optimization, and asset coordination
  • Operate YouTube backend systems and Facebook Business Rights Manager
  • Support digital rights enforcement and music distribution
  • Assist with anti-piracy and rights protection processes
  • Manage marketing campaigns via Google Ads
  • Process technical requests and helpdesk tickets
  • Maintain organized publishing workflows and media libraries
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with international team members in English

Training & Certification

As a certified YouTube Partner for over 10 years (across MCN, music, and publishing sectors), we provide structured English-language training through official partner lectures. Each new team member receives daily mentorship from experienced staff.

Training includes supervised online exams. Upon successful completion, employees receive official YouTube certification. Training time is fully paid.

We are expanding into Southeast Asia to strengthen our global media operations team and work with emerging talent beyond Europe and Central Asia.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage technical tasks systematically.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn complex digital tools.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule (including some weekends).

Training & Certification

  • Structured internal training via official YouTube Partner lectures.
  • Daily supervised learning and mentorship from senior staff.
  • Supervised online examinations.
  • Official YouTube certification upon successful completion.
