Lead Closer for Healthcare Clinic  

We are looking for a Lead Closer for our Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic in Cedar Park, TX, that is "Results-Oriented".

Job Description:
- Primary Responsibility: Close Leads, provide 5 star service for all Leads.
- Secondary Responsibility: provide 5 star concierge service for our current patients
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your professional strengths.

Work Hours:
- Option 1 = full-time, US Central Standard Time (Graveyard shifts in Philippines/Indonesia) = ~8am-6pm cst (2 hr lunch break) Mon-Fri
- Option 2 = Part-time, 1pm-6pm cst Mon-Fri

Compensation Rules:
- if you Qualify for this position via Criteria 1, then your starting base salary will by $7 USD/hr for the first 90 days. If you pass the 90 day probation, you will qualify for performance based bonuses in addition to your $7 USD/hr base.
- if you qualify for this position via Criteria 2, then your starting 90 day probation salary will be $5/hr. If you pass the 90 day probation, you will qualify for performance based bonuses and your base compensation will be based on the results you produced during the 90 days.

Qualifications:
- you must meet one of the two requirements to qualify for this role:
1) You have Proof that you have closed Leads at 80% success rate or on average you have closed 8 leads per week
2) you have no proof, but you are willing to Learn & execute our Lead Closing System exactly as it's written. This means you will read and memorize our scripts word for word, and not input your own words into our script.

Computer/Laptop/Internet Requirements:
- Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
- Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
- Intel Core i5 or higher Operating System with at least 12gb RAM
- Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
- Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
- a second additional monitor, so that you will have two screens to work from.
