Competitive Total Compensation = the average compensation for Virtual Assistants in other companies is $895.66 usd per month. Our Virtual Assistants on average earn $1386 usd per month in total compensation (base salary + bonuses)

During the 3 Month training/probation period your base salary will be $693 usd/month

Job Responsibilities

* assist the Chief Marketing Officer / marketing team in reviewing emails, marketing material, uploading videos onto social media
* use Editing Apps that integrate AI (ie. CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT) to generate thumbnails, images, reels
* organize all of our marketing tasks and make sure all tasks are executed in a timely manner w/ excellence
* respond to social media comments
* create newsletters
* track All marketing stats
* Transcribe videos into emails and blogs
* vitally important = be able to follow the CMO's instructions
* and additional admin tasks.

Character Requirements & Qualifications

You must truly have a caring heart and truly want to help people improve their health, if you are mainly focused on how much money you can make, we are not the team for you

You must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities everyday. If you’re looking to only do one or two tasks per day, we are the wrong team for you.

You must be able to follow instructions exactly as written, if you don’t like reading or following instructions, we are not the right team for you

You must have a good heart. If you like to gossip behind peoples back, please don’t apply.

You must value Results over effort. If you like to be paid based on how many tasks you completed or how much responsibilities you have, we are not the team for you. We pay only based on you meeting your key peformance indicators, metrics, quotas.

You must sleep the same schedule 7 days a week. You can not sleep and work at sporadic times each day. Your Health is our priority, and if you don’t value your own health we don’t want you on our team.

You must be honest and have integrity. If you are caught lying, you will be immediately terminated.

You must want to Earn your pay instead of being given a pay that you didn’t earn.

Workstation Requirements

You must have a separate quiet room to work in. You can not have your children or anybody else in the room that you work as your screen will be displaying confidential information, no exceptions.

You will be required to provide photos of your workspace

We will also randomly ask you to show your workspace via your webcam, and if you are caught lying you will be fired immediately.

Computer and Internet Requirements:

Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 100 Mbps

Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet of not less than 10 Mbps

At least one Power Station Backup

Dual Monitor

Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb ram

Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam

Reasons our Team will Not be a good Fit for you:

If you believe you should be paid because you showed up for work

If you believe that because you put in the effort you deserve to be paid

If you are looking to be paid a high base salary

If you are looking for a guaranteed base salary even if you don’t meet your quotas, KPIs and metrics

You believe completing tasks is a sign of generating results. We define this as effort, Not results.

You believe you should still be paid the same even though other team members had to step in to help you do your job

If you think working from home means you can do housework or other non work related activities during your work hours. We call this lying as you are asking a company to pay you while you are not doing work for that company.

If you think you can switch back to the Philippine time zone on the weekends, and then flip back to cst time zone on Monday. This destroys your health, and we want no part in destroying other peoples health, even if it’s ok for you.

Work Schedule:

You can work in the time zone that you live in as long as you are present for our daily CST morning Team huddles (CST mon-fri 8:09am-8:45am cst)

you must pick your SET work hours and stick to them.
