Sales and Operations Lead  

Reporting directly to the Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about operational excellence and customer experience. You will be developing strategies and working alongside a team to ensure smooth operations, drive revenue growth, and foster a positive and collaborative community for members. Main responsibilities

Facility Operations

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring efficient systems and processes
• Implement procedures to optimize workflows and enhance the overall member experience
• Maintain operational excellence and consistency across all activities and areas of the facility

Team Leadership

• Lead a small team, providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that motivates your team to excel
• Ensure team members are aligned with organizational goals and encourage professional growth

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive revenue growth by actively promoting the facility, attracting new members, and enhancing retention
• Work with marketing to develop effective campaigns that increase occupancy rates and meet revenue targets
• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet financial and operational goals

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or operations
• 1 year of experience in managing a team(s) would be advantageous
• A self-starter, proactive and hands-on
• Ability to lead and develop a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
