Electrical Test and Diagnostics Supervisor | For Benguet  

The Test and Diagnostics Supervisor will be responsible to oversee and coordinate electrical testing and diagnostic activities across Hedcor group. As the Electrical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained, tested, and repaired to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.

• Reviews and ensures all engineering drawings, electrical assessment and cost estimates are in accordance to project definition, design standards, codes and completeness.
• Ensures all electrical designs meet the safety requirements.
• Gives inputs in the preparation of electrical plans and estimates on Potential Projects including improvements / expansion of existing plants.
• Reviews results of field activity report of Electrical Engineers from Preliminary, Feasibility, Detailed Engineering and Construction.
• Reviews results of studies on technical problems of O&M and other departments which needs electrical assistance.
• Assists in the installation of electrical equipment of new and existing plants.
• Suggests improvements on electrical matters.
• Assists in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Implements electrical activities on time, on schedule and on budget.
• Plans and schedules projects, estimates time and materials, supervises team, maintains records and files and prepares reports.
• Recommends technical solutions to problems concerning to the installation, modification and repair of electrical systems.
• Recommends procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel and equipment.
• Attends coordination & other project meetings to provide necessary planning & design information to address any planning & design issues.
• Monitors progress and updates all related electrical projects.
• Reviews and updates Design Standard Handbooks and Procedures.
• Evaluates man-hour requirements for completion of tasks.
• Recommends measures to improve productivity and performance, and quality to its team members.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assist team members in solving work problems.
• Provides consistent, timely and high quality work.

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Professional Electrical Engineer
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical testing and diagnostics
• Management skills in organizational situations. High Voltage Testing and
• Commissioning for ROR, Solar and Wind Power Plants
• Must demonstrate knowledge of electrical testing procedures and equipment.
• Proficient in analyzing complex data and developing solutions to improve performance.
• Preferably has the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Experience in the energy or utilities industry is a plus
