Financial Planning & Analysis Manager  

This position is responsible for managing the functions and activities of financial planning and analysis that are crucial in driving strategic decision-making processes within the organization through comprehensive financial analysis and insights. This position requires a strong background in finance, data analytics and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations that will optimize financial performance and support organizational goals.

The role will be heavily involved in performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the Company’s Profit & Loss, financial position, cash flows and performance against plans, targets and KPIs. This role is also responsible for providing support to the VP and AVP FP&A in the areas of performance reporting, planning, forecasting, “Warchest” and special transactions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Financial Planning, Analysis and Decision Support
• Budgeting and Planning, Financial Systems, Controls and Governance
• Organization Development

What You Will Need:

• Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning
• Proficient in MS Application (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Financial Modelling and Sensitivity Analysis
• Accounting Standards & Taxation
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical Thinking Skills

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional: At least 5 years; With at least 3-4 years in Accounting / Finance
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years supervisor role
• License: Preferably Certified Public Accountant
