Job Description
Acts as the strategic partner of AP Executives and their respective units for all IT-related matters, as well as, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact in IT for the assigned units. Communicates decisions, priorities and relevant information to appropriate levels of the business regarding business requests, projects and initiatives. Proactively shares knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business. As a strategic partner, understands and addresses emerging challenges and opportunities, anticipates changes in the environment, and drives continuous improvement and evolution of IT and digital technologies across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course. Masteral Degree is an advantage.
- Professional: At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.
- Project Management: Proven experience of leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy and putting the customer first.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, skilled in written and verbal communication to influence and engage others effectively
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high levels of performance
- With ITIL Service Management Certification, preferred
