Job Summary
The Marketing Manager – Brand is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive market growth, strengthen brand equity, and increase sales performance across distribution channels.
This role ensures alignment between brand positioning, customer engagement within a highly competitive FMCG environment. The position requires strong strategic thinking, market analysis capability, and hands-on execution in both brand-building programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
- Manage product portfolio strategy including new product launches, rebranding, and product lifecycle management.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
2. Market & Business Analysis
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies.
- Identify growth opportunities across key distribution channels (modern trade, general trade, distributors, B2B accounts).
- Track industry trends within the FMCG and food packaging sector.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic recommendations to management.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Support demand planning and forecasting initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external agencies for marketing materials and campaign execution.
4. Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Monitor ROI on marketing investments.
- Ensure cost-efficient implementation of marketing activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing within FMCG, preferably in food, packaging, or distribution industries.
- Strong understanding of distributor-based and multi-channel sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in brand building and campaign execution
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans
- Data-driven decision-making capability

- Computer literate with proficiency in:
