The Change Management Analyst supports project and rollout success by driving employee adoption and engagement. The role centers on the people side of change, helping individuals transition through updates in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The analyst develops and executes change management strategies and plans aimed at maximizing adoption and usage while minimizing resistance, typically for initiatives with low to medium change complexity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in organizational change management
- Solid understanding of how individuals experience change and the overall change process
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including risk and resistance analysis
- Familiarity with data analysis related to Change Management KPIs
- Highly organized with a strong ability to plan strategies and tactics
- Knowledgeable in project management approaches, tools, and the phases of the project lifecycle
- Strong business and domain understanding, with awareness of organizational issues and challenges
- Results-oriented and able to drive outcomes effectively
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and how these can support change management deliverables
