Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Configure Salesforce standard features including workflows, process builder, flows, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and administrators to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and ensure deployment best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, code, and system changes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience (hands-on with Apex, LWC, and API integrations).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
- Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or change sets).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required (Developer II or other certifications a plus).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
