
Job Description
What you'll do: Manage a team of analysts communicate with clients by email to create, optimize, and manage the development of paid media accounts delivering against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets. You will manage a team of 7-8 direct reports and be able to coach and develop their talents, while holding them accountable for their assigned work and schedule requirements. You will be tested so please only submit your application if you're confident in all the different elements.

Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 Years experience managing a team of marketers
- Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor. We have hundreds of clients that we manage and need you to be able to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins who understand their ad platforms.
- We need someone proficient in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs, you will regularly be asked to create and interpret spreadsheets as part of this role
- Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns, and troubleshoot issues when they arise
- Lead the team in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps and other important account metrics.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns when needed
- Answer queries on our campaigns from clients by email, as well as other marketing teams and departments
- Responsible for career development for all team members, including training and support, coaching, disciplinary action and recommending team members for new roles.
- Lead and attend regular team and individual meetings on a weekly basis.
- Create and train on new processes and workflows and hold your team accountable to following them.
- Will need to work PST and will report to a US Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
