The Client Management Staff is primarily accountable for managing the client relationship. Responsibilities include diligently addressing all client inquiries, concerns, and other issues, as well as coordinating logistics and service schedules with haulers to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Client Issue Resolution. Efficiently and accurately address and resolve client issues and support tickets.
- Ensure timely resolution of assigned clients.
- Provide a high level of accuracy in the solutions provided.
- Gather feedback from the client regarding issue handling.
- Accurate Data & Reporting. Provide precise and comprehensive data, reports, and initial findings to assist with client and their haulers' inquiries and disputes.
- Accuracy of data and reports your provide.
- The speed at which you provide requested information.
- Operational Support and Team Collaboration. Seamlessly support team members and other departments by taking on additional tasks, especially during peak times or absences.
- Smooth completion of tasks during periods of increased workload.
- Contribution to maintaining the team's overall performance tasks.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or the Assistant Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other customer service related field
- Experience: 0-2 years of customer service, preferably handling business-to-business transactions
- Skills: Problem Solving, Customer Empathy, Patience, Professionalism, Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Team Collaboration, Intermediate Communication Skills, Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, Practical aptitude for using AI tools ethically and responsibly to improve productivity and outcomes
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Able to work beyond regular hours as needed
