Key Responsibilities
1. Motion Design & Video Production
Dynamic Content: Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for commercial campaigns, brand films, and sizzle reels.
Post-Production: Edit, composite, and apply advanced visual effects (VFX) to elevate raw footage into a polished cinematic product.
Kinetic Typography: Design and animate text-heavy sequences that drive the narrative in fast-paced video environments.
2. Event & Environmental Design
Stage & Screen Visuals: Create large-scale motion backgrounds, loopable ambient visuals, and "hero" animations for event screens and LED walls.
Presentation Design: Develop high-end, animated keynote presentations and visual aids for live speakers and corporate activations.
***Layouts: Use SketchUp Layout to assist in the conceptualization of stage designs, booth layouts, and environmental branding is a plus
3. Visual Identity & Creative Direction
Project Look-Dev: Develop unique style frames and mood boards that define the visual language of a video project or an entire event theme.
Asset Creation: Design custom vector illustrations, iconography, and typography systems tailored to specific brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Partner with Creative Directors and Team to ensure that all digital assets translate perfectly to physical event spaces.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience (strong portfolios or internship experience are highly valued).
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
**Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender or Cinema 4D, Sketch up ) is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of aspect ratios for non-standard screens (e.g., ultra-wide LED walls, vertical displays, and projection mapping).
Eye for Detail: A strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and timing in animation.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and pivot based on feedback.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
