Job Description
- Primarily in charge of driving overall community strategy, including channel strategy, content ideation and creation across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and more
- Responsible for conceptualization, development and execution of marketing community initiatives
- Manage and generate content for online community including social media, blog and forums
- Track and review analytics and metrics to generate reports on online performance
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns
- Gather community feedback to achieve best possible user experience
- Analyze performance of different platforms and engage in continual optimization
Minimum Qualifications
- Has held a leadership role within a function or team, with a background in communications or marketing
- Excellent understanding of local communities
- Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or community management will be a bonus.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Filipino
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret, report and plan based on metrics
- Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings
- Ability to work with other departments, understand their processes and their constraints
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
