The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities targeted at corporate clients. Develops strategies to acquire new business, maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded. This role typically involves close collaboration with brands and customer service teams to ensure the overall satisfaction and retention of corporate clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing key accounts and large clients for a retail & distribution industry.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
