- Coordinate with government agencies such as DHSUD, Register of Deeds, LRA, and BIR for filing and documentation
- Maintain organized physical and electronic files of all real estate and loan records
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of legal and financial documents
- Identify and mitigate risks related to loan processing and documentation
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance departments to streamline loan and document processes
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports on loan and documentation activities, including status updates and compliance summaries
- Review and assess loan applications for residential, commercial, and development projects
- Collect and verify client documentation, including financial statements, proof of income, and property details.
- Conduct credit analysis to determine applicant eligibility and repayment capacity
- Prepare loan recommendations and coordinate with management or partner institutions for approval
- Oversee the loan release process with banks and government agencies (Pag-IBIG), ensuring timely and accurate fund disbursement
- Provide clients with guidance on loan terms, conditions, and application requirements
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and data privacy regulations
- Review and finalize real estate documents, including loan agreements, deeds of sale, and contracts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management (BS REM), Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Management, or other equivalent courses
- Experience in real estate processing, documentation, credit evaluation, or related administrative functions
- Familiarity with government housing loan programs
- Strong understanding of property documentation, loan transactions, basic appraisal, and investment principles
- Proficient in Microsof Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work accross departments and external agencies
