Job Description:
- Analyzes and determines production requirements based on sales forecasts and customer orders
- Creates and maintains production and delivery schedules, considering customer commitments and manufacturing capabilities
- Collaborates with Sales, PMG, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Monitors and adjusts schedules to address unforeseen conditions
- Identifies potential delays or production issues and develops appropriate solutions
- Participates in production planning meetings to provide updates and discuss concerns
- Maintains accurate production records, including volume, product types, and quality
- Prepares production reports and keeps management informed of production status
- Oversees inventory levels and places orders as needed
- Evaluates production performance and recommends process improvements
- Assists in troubleshooting production, scheduling, and logistical challenges
- Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization
- Upholds and protects the company’s image, values, and reputation at all times
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course; preferably Industrial Engineering or any related engineering field
- At least 1 year of experience in planning environment, preferably in production planning within a manufacturing setup
- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and inventory movement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Amenable to work on-site in 2nd Ave., Bagumbayan, Bicutan, Taguig City
- Available to start immediately
