- Lead and manage IT projects from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary leader responsible for client satisfaction, including handling and managing project escalations effectively.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Present project progress, milestones, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Prepare project budgets based on scope of work, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external clients.
- Ensure smooth project execution by being proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for overall project performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IT banking systems and processes.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Solid understanding of project risk and issue management practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and ensure project smoothness end-to-end.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
