- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring, and documenting IT projects.
- Manage project timelines and ensure project progress is aligned with targets.
- Prepare and update project status reports on a regular basis.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure all project requirements are properly documented.
- Assist in identifying project risks and escalating issues to the Project Manager.
- Monitor tasks using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Support testing, deployment, and system implementation processes when required.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, IT project support, PMO, or related positions. fresh graduates with internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Draw io.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
