About the Role
Are you detail-driven and passionate about accuracy in billing and collections? Join our team as a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant revenue operations. You’ll help strengthen our financial performance by driving billing accuracy, reducing denials, and keeping cash flow healthy.
What You’ll Do
- Ensuring timely and accurate billing of clinician hours
- Reviewing clinician timekeeping records, creating invoices, and submitting them to clients
- Entering billing data into client systems or uploading files as needed
- Validating client-provided time reports
- Managing invoice approval processes with clients
- Communicating directly with clients regarding billing disputes and escalations
- Monitoring accounts receivable balances
- Processing invoice rejections in a timely and accurate manner
- Acting as a liaison between RCM and cross-functional teams
- Supporting other billing-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
✔ 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or business-to-business (B2B) collections
✔ Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred)
✔ Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and client management abilities
Bonus Points If You Have:
⭐ Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers or payers
⭐ Knowledge of EOBs, denials management, and appeals
