- Manage the execution of MEP and electrical works on site, coordinating closely with internal project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure milestone delivery aligned with the project master schedule.
- Review MEP engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and material approval requests prior to site installation.
- Ensure that all MEP installations and workmanship meet both national and international data center engineering standards.
- Enforce strict implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (K3/HSE) procedures across all site operational activities.
- Monitor daily and weekly site progress, evaluate contractor performance, and provide periodic progress reports to the Project & Planning Manager.
- Supervise and witness the full cycle of MEP system testing, pre-commissioning, and integrated testing & commissioning
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site engineering challenges and technical discrepancies efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building MEP systems with focused expertise in Data Center electrical systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, experience with bim software is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of basic project management principles and familiarity with local and international installation regulations/standards.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- High motivation, strong strategic mindset, and a deep interest in technical aspects.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver results under tight project deadlines.
