- Manage all current clients, including picking up phone lines, onboarding new clients, completing demos, ensuring all contracts are signed, and keeping client files up to date.
- Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
- Provide clients with access to Helport or the live monitoring system and conduct demos with them.
- Assist with marketing for new clients by engaging in digital marketing and utilizing the referral program to attract new clients from existing ones.
- Follow up with marketing leads and convert them into new clients.
- Produce and update policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research and develop plans and ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys with all clients.
- Manage all marketers in setting goals and milestones for them.
- Strong communication skills, minimal or no accent, and a solid background in managing and supervising staff in an office setting are essential
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration course, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
- Proven experience as a Client Onboarding engagement and protocols handling client facing inquiries and requests.
- Previous experience in client success stories and onboarding projects such as defining the goals and identify risks and mitigating the gaps between the process advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Related certifications such si Six Sigma certification and HIPAA compliance.
Other Competencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for both remote and on-site work.
- Availability for the entire project duration and flexibility to adapt to project needs.
- Experience in contractual or project-based work is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.
