Project Coordinator  

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead strategic software development projects and ensure successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality. This role will oversee multiple project teams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive project governance from initiation through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end software development projects.
• Define project strategy and ensure successful execution aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple Project Managers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder communication and project governance.
• Review and approve project plans, solution approaches, and major deliverables.
• Ensure adequate project resources are available throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project performance using KPIs, project metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Resolve project escalations and make strategic decisions when required.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, quality assurance, and organizational standards.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Software Development projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Director, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience leading Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, and Solution Architects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budget, scope, risk, and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional, PRojects IN Controlled Environments (Version 2), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Software House, IT Consulting, System Integrator, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience handling Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Enterprise clients.
