Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Growth Associate to support key business growth initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and wants exposure to different areas of a fast-growing startup.

The Growth Associate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities, support strategic projects, build relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Support outreach efforts through email, phone, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining business development and recruitment pipelines.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support growth initiatives and decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Help improve internal processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
  • Perform other business growth and administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in business development, sales, marketing, operations, customer success, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
