Asset Manager  

The Beverage RTM Asset Manager leads the strategy and governance of Monde Nissin’s beverage chiller and cold-asset portfolio across channels, customers, and territories. The role ensures that assets are strategically deployed, commercially productive, properly maintained, and managed throughout their lifecycle in support of beverage growth and route-to-market priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, budgeting, and productivity management of beverage chillers, coolers, and other cold assets.
• Manage the end-to-end asset deployment process, including outlet qualification, approvals, installation, tagging, handover, and post-deployment review.
• Optimize asset placement, capacity, assortment, visibility, and utilization to improve cold availability and beverage conversion.
• Govern asset maintenance and lifecycle management, including repairs, preventive maintenance, refurbishment, replacement, redeployment, recovery, and retirement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, distributors, customers, and service providers to ensure strong execution and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in FMCG, beverage, route-to-market, sales operations, field execution, cold chain, refrigeration, or asset management.
• Experience managing physical assets, distributors, third-party service providers, and field teams across multiple territories; beverage experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, business-case preparation, project management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide and comfortable using Excel, dashboards, digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
