The HR Business Support assists in executing talent strategies, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning support. Help in career development initiatives, support in analyzing business metrics for areas of improvement, assist in talent reviews, and provide compensation support under the guidance of an HR Business Partner.
In collaboration with various HR functions, this role aids in the enhancement of individual skills and supports the HR Business Partner in employee relations and fostering a positive work environment, contributing to the refinement of People & Culture strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or a related support role, with exposure to strategic HR support, particularly Learning & Development or Compensation & Benefits.
- Capability to support leadership and influence within the organization under guidance.
- Understanding of HR competencies such as Learning & Development, Talent Management and Total Rewards.
- Developing coaching and communication skills, supporting personal development, and assisting in organizational initiatives.
- Collaborative skills with the ability to support complex social interactions and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Proactive in learning, with a mindset aimed at supporting process enhancement and organizational efficiency.
