Category Trade Marketing Manager  

The Category Trade Marketing Manager is a key Sales function partner responsible for translating brand and category strategies into impactful Go-To-Market execution across customers and channels. The role ensures strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Trade teams to deliver sustainable business growth through strong in-store execution, commercial effectiveness, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of integrated category and channel strategies to drive sales growth and market presence
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align demand planning, customer plans, and trade initiatives
• Leverage insights and analytics to support forecasting, business planning, and performance optimization
• Oversee trade promotion design, execution, and evaluation to ensure effectiveness and ROI
• Drive trade investment efficiency and support resource allocation to maximize business impact

• Strong selling experience with exposure to multiple channels in FMCG environment
• Strong in-depth knowledge of brand–marketing interface, with solid understanding of sales fundamentals and execution
