Job Description
What you'll do:
With breakthrough strategic thinking on category, consumer, brand & customer to build & support an ambitious growth vision for International markets with focus on North America & Middle East. You will also lead the activation & innovation of the brand strategy across consumer-facing channels building MNC’s presence & equity in the markets.

Development & implementation of the Country Brand Marketing Plan

Brand identity strategy & implementation

Lead in innovation, activation, advertising & promotion for the deployment of Brand Marketing Plan and budget

Lead external agencies & multi-functional team to implement plans & monitor the performance of the support plans

Lead ongoing analysis & review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of brand performance assessment and identifying growth opportunities

Product Development - Innovation & Renovation

Spearhead product development projects, including product innovation & renovation with strong market potential

Lead launch management, building launch plans, customer sell-in, legal and regulatory confirmation

Manage new product launch assessment and deployment in the local market, including P&L, pricing, place and positioning

P&L ownership

Analyze brand Profit and Loss (P&L) and drive the profitability of the brand

Input to financial updates and monitor key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6Ps). Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets

Source Supply Chain coordination (PH, TH, OEM)

Input to volume forecasting working with Sales

Manage timelines & coordination for product launches

Team collaboration

Build productive working relationships with Sales, Finance, QFI as well as global shared services (Consumer Insights, Category Champions) & external partners & ad agencies to manage brand’s day-to-day operations

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in brand/product management/marketing in the consumer goods industry, preferably with multi-cultural team. Experience in:
- Delivering topline and marketing KPIs (driving share and penetration)
- Managing agencies, digital channels and programs
- Developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans
- Strong love for consumers/shoppers, immersed & always curious in the world of the consumer, intimately understanding consumers current needs and identifies future needs
- Experience in End-to-end marketing management, ability to understand the big picture, comfortable with details and managing the operations
- Has handled cross functional projects and budget management
- Ability to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with a multi-cultural team from different locations in the world
- Has Agile, proactive, creative, high growth mindset
