- Responsible in responding to and handling client complaints, queries, and requests;
- Monitors the concerns of the clients and the Cebu Team regarding their accounts;
- Provides support to the Cebu Sales Team and immediate head as deemed necessary;
- Keeping up to date with all the announcements, memorandums, events and promotion and any information related to the project, sales and the Company; and
- Coordinates with different departments and assists the Marketing Team in organizing sales activities and events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills (be able to think on your feet and respond to customer demands and solve problems);
- Can handle people from all backgrounds and nationalities;
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Programs (especially Word and Excel);
- Highly organized and very keen on details;
- Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City; and
- Experience in real estate/customer relations is not necessary but it is a big plus.
