The Business Development Director is responsible for the company’s top-line growth and market positioning. This role involves identifying new revenue streams, architecting high-value partnerships with global pharma, and leading the entry into new healthcare verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect the enterprise growth strategy, identifying new market segments and white-space opportunities within the Philippine healthcare landscape.
- Direct the negotiation and closing of high-value strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies and insurance providers.
- Lead the conceptualization and pilot testing of new "Medicine-as-a-Service" business models to diversify revenue streams.
- Oversee the sales and partnership pipeline governance, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term profitability and impact goals.
- Represent the company in high-level industry forums and executive networking to enhance MedGrocer’s market presence.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in high-level business development, strategic sales, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million peso contracts and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Must work onsite in Makati City.
