We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Team.

Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. In addition, you will work closely with leadership to improve market intelligence and help execute on marketing strategies. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport will be instrumental in educating potential customers about Quality Trade’s solutions and value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, databases, and internal leads.
  • Initial ContactCommunication: Be proactive in providing feedback to th: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to gather initial information and assess interest in Quality Trade’s offering.
  • CRM ownership: Maintain accurate lists and records of all sales outreach activity, including regular reporting on lead qualification metrics, including the number of leads generated, qualified, and passed on to the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to transfer qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff through the sales pipeline sales and marketing teams to help refine and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales or marketing capacity, ideally at a SaaS or data company. This experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to develop a professional rapport and collaborate effectively to drive sales and marketing functions
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented, with a hunter mentality
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision
