We help brands transform into media companies by creating premium Signature Shows, branded podcasts, and original content that generate millions of long-form views and social impressions.
We are seeking a senior commercial leader who possesses an established executive network, exceptional credibility, and a track record of opening doors and building long-term relationships with the Philippines' biggest brands to scale our Signature Shows and Preroll slate.
Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Relationship Building: Develop, nurture, and leverage a premium network of senior marketing and business leaders across enterprise brands in FMCG, Banking, Telco, Auto, Retail, Healthcare, and Tech. Represent PNA at high-level industry events and executive alignments.
- New Business Generation: Consistently originate qualified sales opportunities for PNA’s Signature Shows and Preroll Originals. Lead consultative discovery meetings to diagnose brand objectives, marketing priorities, and budget structures.
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate closely with the CEO to craft customized proposals and complex commercial structures, positioning multi-format content as long-term owned media assets rather than one-off sponsorships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous CRM data and revenue forecasting models. Track high-level pipeline health, meeting velocity, active proposals, and expected quarterly revenue to report directly to executive leadership.
- Cross-Departmental Alignment: Coordinate closely with the Account Management and Production teams to ensure accurate handoffs and seamless client onboarding once corporate deals are finalized.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of proven success in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Agency Commercial Leadership.
- Network Baseline: An existing, deeply established rollover network of senior marketing directors, brand managers, and corporate business decision-makers in the Philippines.
- Deal Complexity: Documented success selling high-value, long-cycle marketing, media, enterprise technology, or corporate consulting solutions.
- Sales Methodology: Mastery of a consultative sales approach focused on solving deep business problems rather than transactional product pitching.
- Executive Presence: Superb negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the absolute confidence to navigate long enterprise corporate procurement and decision cycles.
- Industry Context: Direct experience inside media networks, advertising agencies, digital platforms, SaaS, or tech ecosystems is highly preferred.
