Junior Video Producer  

We are looking for a Junior Video Producer (pooling) to join our production powerhouse. This role is perfect for a creative technician who can balance the art of storytelling with the technical requirements of high-quality video. You will support the end-to-end production of our podcast and digital video content, ensuring every frame aligns with our brand’s standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot Execution: Assist in the logistical planning and on-site execution of video shoots for diverse podcast formats.
• Technical Operations: Setup and operate cameras, lighting rigs, and audio recording equipment during production.
• Post-Production: Edit raw footage into engaging content, utilizing cuts, transitions, and overlays that capture audience attention.
• Brand Integrity: Ensure all video outputs adhere to specific branding guidelines and storytelling objectives.
• Innovation: Stay curious about industry trends and emerging technologies to constantly elevate our production quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in video and audio editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with studio lighting and sound design.
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• A genuine interest in the podcasting landscape and digital creator economy.
