Junior Video Editor  

We're looking for a passionate and creative Junior Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in transforming our podcasts into compelling content. This is an exciting opportunity to use your strong editing skills and creative vision to help grow our shows.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce video content from full-length podcast episodes, including creating short, engaging clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Creative Editing: Edit video content using cuts, transitions, and overlays to create engaging and visually appealing videos.
• Content Storytelling: Collaborate with hosts and producers to develop video concepts and ensure the final product aligns with each show’s unique brand and tone.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain video footage and project files in a structured way for seamless collaboration.
• Workflow Support: Assist the production team with various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in video production or editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• A strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Experience with or a passion for podcasts and digital media.
