Database Management Lead  

The Data Management Lead oversees the company’s data infrastructure, ensuring efficient collection, processing, storage, and governance of enterprise data. This role leads a team of data professionals, manages databases, develops ETL processes, and enforces data governance standards to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Architecture

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of database and data warehouse solutions.
• Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure team effectiveness.

Governance & Best Practices

• Enforce data governance policies and best practices across the organization.
• Ensure standardized data definitions, documentation, and metadata management.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

Project & Operations Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on database, ETL, and data architecture issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Solid experience in data management, database management, ETL, data warehousing, and data architecture.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Expertise in database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of ETL tools and methodologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
• Experience designing and optimizing data warehouse solutions, including data modeling and schema design.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Willing to work onsite at Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.
