Distributor Management & Business Development
- Implement company guidelines and standards on distributor operations.
- Conduct regular business planning and performance reviews with distributors.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive sales growth and operational improvements.
- Work closely with distributors to conceptualize and roll out business programs and initiatives.
Sales Monitoring & Field Execution
- Monitor sales performance, exchanges, distribution efficiency, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market and trade checks, route rides, and joint fieldwork with distributor sales personnel.
- Ensure effective delivery coverage of distributor accounts.
Merchandising & Promotions
- Coordinate with distributors and their sales teams to ensure proper in-store merchandising, product displays, and execution of promotional activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or any related field.
- Relevant training and experience in sales and account management preferred.
- Proven experience in handling and managing distributor accounts.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, Food Safety, HACCP, and HALAL requirements is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven, responsible, and capable of leading and influencing partners.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular fieldwork.
- Must have own transportation.
