The Junior Salesman / Van Assistant is responsible for selling, promoting, distributing, and delivering Gardenia products within assigned routes. This role supports daily sales operations while ensuring proper handling of products and maintaining the assigned vehicle in clean and good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Gardenia products to customers along assigned routes.
• Assist in the distribution and timely delivery of products to outlets.
• Operate and help maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in safe and clean condition.
• Ensure accurate handling of products, sales transactions, and returns.
• Support route selling activities to achieve daily sales targets.
• Follow company standards on product quality, safety, and customer service.

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without route selling experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Code 3 or C) is an advantage.
