What you'll do:
- Manage bid and tender submissions to support new business opportunities.
- Maintain company accreditations, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor bid deadlines, accreditation renewals, and key sales documentation.
- Support sales order processing, billing coordination, and other sales operations activities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with client, company, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree course
- With 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Bid Management, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Billing, or a related role.
- Knowledge of sales processes, bid/tender management, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar business systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati from Monday to Friday.
- Willing to render overtime work when needed, particularly during bid preparations and submission deadlines.
