Job Description
The Professional Services Engineer is a member of the Professional Services team and is responsible for facilitating data imports for new customers joining our platform and building and maintaining a suite of data import tools. Data is received in many different formats and requires manipulation in order to be imported using our proprietary import tools.
- Own and facilitate patient data import projects over a 2-4 week timeline
- Audit data provided by customer for portability
- Calibrate patient data to documented specifications using Excel and SQL
- Import patient data using proprietary import tools
- Inspect completed import transaction for quality and accuracy
- Conduct follow up and follow through with customers on project status
- Prioritize projects in order of importance, customer timeline, etc.
- Fully remote work, amenable to Eastern/Pacific time (PH night shift)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field
- Minimum 2 years experience with the command line, Shell, or Terminal
- Minimum 2 years experience coding in Python or higher
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite3, and MySQL experience
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel functions and macros
- Experience handling protected health information (PHI) strongly preferred
- Experience with Amazon S3 storage preferred
