Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
- Manage and administer recruitment initiatives to increase the Company’s branding and exposure resulting to increased candidates’ database
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate the onboarding procedure
- Conduct post-onboarding interview and discuss relevant matters with departmental managers to address employee concerns
HR Governance & Personnel Records
- Develop, maintain, update and review the Company's overall Standard Operating Procedure, Work instructions, Guidelines and procedures, Policy Manuals, and the like
- Assist with business process development and consistent implementation of business processes and tactics to help drive business results
- Participate and assist in developing and implementation of organizational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees
- Prepare, submit and analyze related documentation and reports required by the management
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of personnel files
- Assist in budget preparation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 months or a year of related work experience
- Ability to design, implement, research and evaluate effective learning and development programs
- Excellent coordination, analytical and networking skills
- With strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent business communication & presentation skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
