Responsible for growing and managing the company's business-to-business (B2B) sales, focusing on securing large-volume orders from corporate clients and bulk buyers. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth execution of bulk orders to meet the company's revenue targets.
- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts
- Achieving set sales targets by securing bulk orders from corporate clients, contributing directly to the company’s top-line growth.
- Expanding the corporate client base by adding new accounts and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and POCs.
- Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure that large orders are processed and delivered according to client specifications.
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate – BSC or any business-related course
- At least 2-4 years Sales Experience in any retail and customer related industry
- Computer Literate (highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office), Knowledge in Market Research
