Job Description
The Data Encoder is responsible for collecting, encoding, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all data regarding sales reports of the brand.
- Encode the necessary data in a complete, accurate and organized manner in the system
- Sort and compile the data properly before encoding in the system
- Update the system by entering the new relevant data into the system everyday
- Maintain data base backups to secure the data from any kind of loss.
- Ensure confidentiality and safe keep of all the data encoded in the system
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor Course preferably business-related courses or Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Entrepreneuship
- Good typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organized, at ease with numerical data, and detail-oriented
- Entry level/ fresh graduates
