Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Admin Associate. The HR Admin Associate will be responsible for handling HR management and operations, including employee onboarding kits, Employee assets requests, etc. The role also entails communication with employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Experience in HR administrative work is an advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
