Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.
Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future and build software products that can help educators all over the country. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to both our operations and programming team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts training for customers/clients/internal team in using the product, Cast LMS
- Assists in fulfilling the client's requirements
- Creates support articles and documentation to improve the client's experience
- Assists in testing new features and e-learning courses
- Provides insights for further improvement of product and services based on client experience
- Contributes to a positive and productive team environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communication Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (writing and speaking).
- Proficient in Sheets/Excel and similar applications.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt fast.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Preferably with experience in conducting training.
- Preferably with experience in using or managing any LMS.
- Preferably with experience in consuming/creating e-learning courses.
