Sales & Operation Associate  

Handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, fulfill deliveries, and keep inventory records accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and explain products, prices, and availability.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on payments.
• Pack orders, book couriers, and assist with pickups.
• Update customers on deliveries and handle concerns.
• Receive stock, update inventory, and conduct stock counts.
• Prepare basic reports and assist with product listings.

• College graduate or college-level with relevant experience.
• Sales, customer service, or inventory experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with messaging apps, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Clear communicator with good customer service skills.
• Organized, accurate, trustworthy, and willing to pack orders.
• Able to work in Makati and has reliable internet for WFH.
