- Assists the Chief Steward in the supervision and coordination of the Stewarding personnel.
- Assists the Chief Steward in training of personnel.
- Accomplishes daily attendance report, records complaints, activities and performance in the logbook.
- Monitor the maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of work areas according to standards.
- Supervises storage, maintenance and preparation of tableware and other equipment for issuance to outlets and functions; coordinates with other F & B sections regarding their requirements.
- Coordinates with all F & B sections regarding needed equipment and cleanliness of areas within the scope of his responsibilities.
- Implement Hotel's House Rules and Regulations are adhered to at all times and if necessary sees to it that commendations and disciplinary action notices are issued to following hotel policies.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 year course in Hospitality and Restaurant Management and/or equivalent
- Preferably with 3 years work experience on the same capacity or its equivalent
- Willing to be assigned in different Astoria Properties
- Can start immediately
