- Responsible to assist the culinary operations of the Hotel.
- Can do various international cuisine cooking procedures and methods
- Produces products as instructed by superior/senior staff.
- Adheres to all training standards as established by the Hotel and Chef’s Office.
- Abides to all hygiene and safety procedures as per hotel standard.
- Monitors kitchen maintenance and reports any defects of operating equipment to direct superiors
- Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to direct supervisors.
- Works closely with standard recipes and plates presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Culinary, Food Tech, HRM and other relevant courses
- Open to fresh graduates or with experience is a plus
- Skilled and knowledgeable in International Cooking or its equivalent
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Can start immediately
