About the Role
Be part of a global brand leading the shift toward a smoke-free future! As a Retail Sales Executive, you will represent Philip Morris International’s innovative smoke-free products, engaging directly with adult consumers to introduce and promote heated tobacco systems and nicotine pouch alternatives.

You’ll bring the heated tabacco experience to life by understanding customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and ensuring a world-class retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage and educate adult customers about heated tabacco and other smoke-free products
2. Demonstrate product features and provide hands-on guidance to new users
3. Build strong relationships with customers and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
4. Support store operations — ensure cleanliness, visual display, and brand compliance
5. Manage inventory and assist in after-sales service and customer care
6. Uphold brand standards and represent heated tabacco positively within the community
