Job Description
The Talent Attraction Manager for Executive Hiring is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic talent attraction initiatives that enable the company’s human capital and business goals. This includes building and maintaining a robust pipeline of senior and critical talents aligned with the organization’s future leadership and capability requirements.
This role oversees the end-to-end executive recruitment process—from needs assessment and role scoping to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation. It involves close collaboration with senior leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure the hiring process is aligned with the company’s leadership framework and values.
The Talent Attraction Manager also ensures a high-touch, seamless candidate experience, particularly for executive-level hires, while safeguarding confidentiality, promoting diversity, and upholding employer brand standards. In addition, the role manages relationships with external executive search firms, maintains market intelligence on talent trends, and continuously improves executive hiring practices.
Ultimately, this role serves as a strategic partner in securing top-tier leadership talent that will power the future of the company.
Minimum Qualifications

Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least 7 years’ experience in Human Resources
