Human Resource Generalist
Supervisor Level, at least 3 years experience in HR
Company: Westco Electrical and Equipment Corp.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30, Onsite work
Location: Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City
Expertise: Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Relations
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment
- Manage job portal
- Write job description
- Interview canddiates
- Conduct job offer
- Background check
- Prepare job offer
- Complete onboarding requirements
Training and Development
- Oversee training schedule
- Design training according to training needs
- Monitor training schedule
- Monitor training effectiveness
Employee Engagement and Relations
- Enthusiastic with employee engagement activities
- Plan a calendar of activities
- Organize the activities
- Coordinate with various departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment (job posting, interview, onboarding)
- Experience in training and development (training design, training needs analysis, training implementation, facilitation and evaluation)
- Experience in ISO an advantage
- Graduate of HR or related course
- Certificates in HR an advantage but not required
